It's been a bit crazy hecktic around here lately but no mind! I'm still here!
Did you watch my last video? If not click right here!
My eye brows are the one thing im really proud of when it comes to make up, if you are new to eye brow shaping and filling this will be a good video for you. Or even if you are looking to pick up some new tips and tricks to the trade!!
I hope you enjoy!
My new video will be coming very soon!
I recently atteneded the launch of the brand new Roller Lash Mascara by Benefit!
This was my second launch that i had been too and i have to say i was very impressed!
I was very fortunate to be able to film my experiances there and create a really good looking video for you to watch, with a little review added onto the end.
I really enjoyed the night and made quite a few friends. Before we had the new shopping centre built we didn't really have too much going for us, so to be able to attend a launch in the comfort of my own town is a really nice thing to happen. Don't get me wrong, i love going out of town to big shopping centres like Meadow Hall or just spending a day in Lincoln, but it's just lovely to be able to drive down to road to attend one ever so often.
If you have never been to a launch party before i hightly reccomend it! Even if you are just getting into make-up and feel that you don't know a lot, this is actually the perfect place to go! You will be surrounded by people who are in the same position as you. The whole point of a launch is to not only show you that specific product but to show off all the products they have to create an easy look that everyone can do. The staff were super friendly and any questions anyone had they were more then happy to answer.
I hope you enjoyed the video, blog full of pictures will be coming very soon!!
Here's a little peak at my mascara's of 2015! Some are carried over from 2014, but don't worry they aren't old!
From Left to Right we have : Maybelline Stileto in Brown Rimmel London Lash Accelerator Endless in Black L'oreal Telescopic in Black Avon Super Extend in Black Company Lashes in Black Barry M Lash Vegas!
Like a giddy child in a sweet shop I couldn't help myself but squee with joy over the ysl counter at the lipsticks.
Like many others I have re blogged and liked many pictures on tumblr of these lipsticks!
I finally own one!!!
It was an impulse buy! I hold my hands up to that!
At first i was a bit put off because i couldn't see a shade i really liked, there wasn't a really big choice.
I knew i wanted to go with a slightly natural pink so i chose Rouge Volupte.
soon as i was handed the small golden box it was suprisingly weighty,
then again it's down to the eye pleasing golden packaging.
Even the lipstick holder itself is one to awe at.
The lipstick seems to glide on smooth without any trouble, Its also very pigmented and i love the texture.
This could be a new make up staple! Apart from it is slightly expensive. It is still worth it ♥
It's time for a long awaited empty review. I've had this sat around my room the past few weeks and got my butt into gear and did this review!
I didn't end this
product on a good note, due to the compact cracking and breaking apart
making it near impossible to swirl around on a brush and use on my face,
with out having all of the powder drop onto the floor...and then
stepped on and crushed into the carpet. Fun for the hoover...not so much my socks.
So, I've decided to throw it away because there is no saving this little baby.
It's served me well, keeping my foundation in place and making me look not so shiny but now it's time to say goodbye.
It would most definitely be a repurchase but not any time soon, as i have some loose powder to work my way through. As soon as that baby is finished with this will be in my bag!
used a few Rimmel London Pressed Powder products before i came across
this which is called Clear Complexion pressed power, which i
bought in a very light/pale shade.
This really helped give me a really nice, even, matte finished look to my make up.
will hold my hands up and admit that it didn't last for very long as by
midday I'd gotten oily in my T-Zone area and usually had to re-apply,
which wasn't good when your busy at work, run your hand over your forehead and it's all oily!
I had only then realized that it only really had a lasting stay of 3 hours. Not so good?!!
a pressed powder compact is handy to carry around with you in your bag
because when you open it up, you haven't got loose powder spraying everywhere onto your work station or bag.
I'd seen this a few times, walking past a shelf in a supermarket thinking "Ooh look at that bottle" but never picked it up.
Then I'd seen on a few beauty blogs that this was a staple in their skin care range.
Now, if you have been following my blog recently you will know I'm really trying to get my skin care into a routine with good products!
♥ No more break outs
♥No more Acne
♥No More black heads or white Heads
♥No more big pores
♥No more shiny oily face!
After reading quite a few good blog posts about how good this product was and why I shouldn't be using make up wipes I became convinced this was the product that I NEEDED.
I went straight out and bought it. You can find it in your local super market or Drug store and it's quite cheap too!
The word "Cleansing water" to me sounds as if it would be too mild for my skin. But then again I wouldn't want anything that had really harsh chemicals! My poor skin!
I don't mind using this as a make up remover or even just a cleanser on it's own.
The amount of dirt that's on my cotton pad after using is astonishing!
This is now forever going to be a staple in my skin care routine!
Let me know if you have used this or a similar product!
